Crafted by the Matsés (Mayoruna) Tribe of the Peruvian and Brazilian Amazon, Nunu Hapé is a traditional botanical blend prepared using time-honoured indigenous methods. This distinctive variety is recognised for its exceptionally fine texture and deep, earthy aromatic profile, making it one of the most respected blends within the Matsés tradition.

Nunu is a traditional Amazonian botanical preparation that has long been associated with ceremonial and cultural practices among the Matsés people. Each batch is carefully handcrafted using responsibly sourced botanical ingredients, reflecting generations of indigenous knowledge, craftsmanship, and respect for the rainforest.

Prepared with great care and honour for tradition, Matsés Nunu Hapé is valued by collectors and those with an interest in authentic Amazonian botanical preparations.

Traditionally prepared using Mapacho (Nicotiana rustica), Tsunu (Platycyamus regnellii) ash, and other traditional botanical ingredients. As this is a handcrafted botanical product, exact formulations may vary between batches according to traditional preparation methods and individual makers.

To help preserve the natural aroma and quality of this handcrafted botanical blend, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Always reseal the container tightly after opening to minimise exposure to air and humidity.

For optimum freshness, avoid handling the contents with wet hands or introducing moisture into the container. When stored correctly, the botanical blend will retain its characteristic aroma and quality for an extended period.

As this is a handcrafted product made from natural botanical ingredients, slight variations in colour, texture, and aroma between batches are normal and reflect the authenticity of traditional preparation methods.
