Shipping policy

Shipping deadlines for orders received same day before 11am UK time, will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am will then be shipped on the next working. If an order is placed after 11am on a Friday, this will be shipped on the following Monday (this excludes Monday’s that may be subject to a UK Bank Holiday).

Eligible locations for delivery

The all areas of the United Kingdom and all countries of the European Union.

UK/EU Payments

Payments include all duties VAT and fees.

All prices are calculated in GBP (United Kingdom Pound Sterling) regardless of which country you are in.

For UK customers, our prices are exclusive of UK VAT (which is currently 20%).

For EU customers, prices include all import duties, VAT and fees, which we pay to the customs and tax authorities in your country. There is nothing more for you to pay. In the unlikely event that you are asked to make a payment by the shipper before they will deliver, please contact us, and we will resolve this issue for you.

If the net cost of the goods in your order is over £135, then we may deliver this to you in two separate shipments, we will contact you to let you know if this is to happen. There will be no additional cost to yourself.

Estimates and options

At checkout, the delivery times you see are estimates and should be used as a general guide. Based on our experience, these estimates are accurate most of the time, but there are instances when a package may be delayed due to factors outside of our control.

UK

Cost effective: Royal Mail Tracked 48, estimated delivery of 2-3 business day
Regular: Royal Mail Tracked 24, estimated delivery of 1-2 business days
Next day by 1pm: Royal Mail Special Delivery, next business day by 1pm guaranteed (or your delivery fee will be refunded)
Urgent deliveries: FedEx Priority, normally next business day by 6pm, but you should allow 1-2 business days

EU

Cost effective: Royal Mail Tracked 48, estimated delivery of 2-3 business day

Tracking Your Order

All orders are shipped with a tracked delivery service.
You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.

Customs Inspection

Please check the rules about importing our products into your country before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible should your customs authorities refuse clearance or confiscate your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Shipping Insurance

All orders are covered by shipping insurance up to the value of the items purchased. In the unlikely event your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
